Question by Monica: Do you think it is socially acceptable to read a book for hours at Barnes and Noble and not purchase it?
Do employees get annoyed with the “usuals” who read but don’t buy day in and day out? Do they find it odd when someone is there for hours reading a book cover to cover without moving?

I was going to go buy the book this weekend… but our car just stuffed up so now I can’t go buy it now… I know it’s not right to read books online for free… but because I know I’m going to buy it (hopefully SOON!), i don’t feel as bad about it…. anyway, I can’t find it anywhere online….. can you?

Try your library’s website for LEGAL and VIRUS-FREE downloads.

E-piracy can kill your computer.

On that “Nook” thing at Barnes and Noble, it says that you have a Library,and also a shop…so would that mean I have to buy every single book just to read it on the nook? If so, it’s definitely not worth the money. Just buy a book, right?

That’s just like an iPOD with iTUNES… You have your own library of music, you just have to buy the songs first. It’s the same thing, but with books instead of music. There’s some free books for it, but I doubt they’re any good.
